Ted Hirsch
President
Ted is the founder and President of THC Properties & Management. Ted is a highly skilled real estate developer, owner, and manager, with over 20-years of experience. Ted focuses on purchasing large multifamily properties in secondary markets around the country – specifically concentrating on properties that were in need of strong management and/or extensive renovation. This value-add philosophy has been the guiding principle of THC for the last 15-years. Ted oversees all phases acquisition and operations management, strategically partnering with regional management teams to maximize cash-flow and increase value. Ted also oversees management for all properties in the portfolio as well as for third party owners in several states.
William Taub
Facility Management
Under the direction of Ted Hirsch, President and senior facility management coordinator, Will is responsible for end-to-end property management functions, including tenant relations, facility security / maintenance, and oversight of contracted services. Maintains proactive focus on sustaining full occupancy levels. Interfaces internally and externally with legal and finance departments as well as third-party vendors. Mentors and coaches on-site property managers.
Together with Ted, Will sees to it that every facility is visited regularly.
Yael Sorotzkin
Senior Office Manager
Yael manages the day to day business activity and operations of the office and ensures the office is properly maintained and prepared for business partner meetings. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including all the billing and customer service needs, as well as the day to day management of the office. Yael has over 10 years experience in customer service relations and office management.
